How to install BSD camera?

After the BSD camera is fixed, according to the definition of each line, adjust the body line and set the alarm area through the vehicle remote control.


The calibrator (reference) stands 2 meters ahead of the front of the car (the range can be adjusted according to user needs, if the blind area is not enough, it can be extended forward), and then drag the blue line up and down as shown in the following figure, so that the blue line and the toe of the calibrator coincide, and then click "Save", indicating "calibration success".


When installing a single BSD camera, it should be installed on the right rear side of the vehicle, in order to better detect pedestrians in the blind area, the installation height of the mud truck camera should be above 1.65 meters, other vehicles should be adjusted according to the actual situation, and the camera Angle should be adjusted to slightly outward and downward, the extension line should be run under the vehicle, fixed with the frame itself, and can not interfere with the bucket or mixing tank. To prevent the wire from being affected when unloading or mixing.


The metal protective cover is installed and fixed in the selected installation position, and it is recommended to use the welding method to fix the car body. The protective cover base has a screw hole, which matches the screw hole of the BSD camera base. The camera is secured to the protective cover base through the screw (the camera needs to be disassembled).


First, adjust the Angle of the camera so that the body edge line is parallel to the yellow "body line" in the calibration interface, and then move the camera to the outside or inside of the body to make the body edge line coincide with the yellow "body line" in the calibration interface.


According to the model and actual needs, the default level 3 area alarm is 1 meter each, if you need to modify, you can customize the setting. Erect a contour object 2 meters in front of the BSD camera with the same height as the camera installation height of about 1.6 meters (can stand personal steel ruler for reference), press down the camera, so that the top of the contour reference object in front of the "earth line" in the distance.


After the Angle adjustment is complete, lock the fixing screw of the camera shell. The screw locking process is as follows: note that the Angle of the camera should not change. If it changes, it needs to be adjusted again. Then secure the metal protective cover housing to the protective cover base (long side on top) and lock the screws tightly.
