Q1: Are you manufacturer?

A:Yes, exactly. We have self-built industrial park in Jiangxi.Also we have small factory in Shenzhen to ship goods in a fast response for small-quantity orders.

Q2. What is your quantity assurance?
A:We support 2 years warranty of all the products, and we have 100% test before delivery.

Q3. What is your sample policy?
A:We can return the sample fee when you re-order the product in big quantity. But customers have to pay the sample cost and shipping cost.

Q4. Can you produce according to my sample?
A:Yes, please just send us samples or technical drawings. We can make accordingly and can also provide professional advise if asked.

Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A:Sample order: 100% in advance;Mass production order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the ready goods before you pay the balance.

Q6. What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q7. How about your delivery time?
A:Generally, it will take 3 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
